Pros

Great coworkers, we work together to get projects done, we have fun and support each other. Great flight benefits for my whole family. The company is growing so there are many new opportunities for advancement. Even though it's challenging sometimes, I love my job.

Cons

Low pay compared to other Airlines of the same size, unless your a pilot, then you get the world handed to you. Great for the pilots, not great for the rest of the employees. Short staffed. It makes it difficult to meet deadlines, we always do but we're extremely rushed. Insurance is expensive. And just keeps going up every year. I take home less now than I did 2 years ago. The people at the very top go with the intimidation route. They think by bashing your work that you'll try harder. Good luck with that. Do some research on how to manage people. Blame game is everywhere. The focus is never about how can we solve the 'issue of the day'... it's which department can we blame for this.

Pros

The company is full of smart, hardworking and knowledgable people who understand what needs to be done to make things happen.

Cons

For some reason, even with the latest regime change, none of the upper management appear to see or listen to improvements that could improve operations or employee retention. The chain of command goes both ways and maybe the information is going up. Maybe they hear but they do not listen to the reasoning- even for items that would not cost anything.
