Pros

The flight benefits are good(better than some others)and most pilots and flight attendants were very nice, and they care about doing a good job , even when being beat down by the management, All the planes are on the newer side for a regional express carrier,Instructors are wonderful and they have an excellent training program. training is paid unlike many other companies that make you pay for lodging (training is 100% paid for) not a bad place to start a career, just don't stay past 4 yrs or they will find a way to get rid of you , i lasted 7 yrs which was about 3 yrs too long. weak union too. they like high turnover.

Cons

they need a culture change. management and HR do not like the Flight Attendants they are viewed as required equipment and they really don't want you to stay too long .get the experience and then go to a major airline and be a real flight attendant is their mindset, very 2 faced management..

Pros

The company is full of smart, hardworking and knowledgable people who understand what needs to be done to make things happen.

Cons

For some reason, even with the latest regime change, none of the upper management appear to see or listen to improvements that could improve operations or employee retention. The chain of command goes both ways and maybe the information is going up. Maybe they hear but they do not listen to the reasoning- even for items that would not cost anything.
