Terrible place to work - Flight Attendant PSA Airlines Employee Review

The company treats us as replaceable. There is 0 flexibility. They expects us to bend over backwards then when you ask for something simple like using you're personal days off they can't help you and don't want to. You have to start a war to get anything done. They never pay us correctly. Management does nothing. It took 8 months to resolve my last pay claim. They're too busy trying to add more and more that they never fix problems that already exist. We're always understaffed and constantly getting harassed to work our days off and even paid vacation time off because they can't cover their scheduled flying. That's only the beginning.
