      Pros

      Challenging, different, and a good environment. The complaints that i have seen are mostly from disgruntled employees that have had bad experiences based on their own personal problems.

      Cons

      Pay is low but you know upfront what you are getting so if you don't like it don't take the job

      Pros

      The company is full of smart, hardworking and knowledgable people who understand what needs to be done to make things happen.

      Cons

      For some reason, even with the latest regime change, none of the upper management appear to see or listen to improvements that could improve operations or employee retention. The chain of command goes both ways and maybe the information is going up. Maybe they hear but they do not listen to the reasoning- even for items that would not cost anything.
