      Pros

      Great place to work and friendly coworkers. Would definitely recommend this airline as a regional choice if just getting into the field.

      Cons

      Low pay starting out. Which is to be expected. :-) but is definitely well worth it in the long run.

      Pros

      The company is full of smart, hardworking and knowledgable people who understand what needs to be done to make things happen.

      Cons

      For some reason, even with the latest regime change, none of the upper management appear to see or listen to improvements that could improve operations or employee retention. The chain of command goes both ways and maybe the information is going up. Maybe they hear but they do not listen to the reasoning- even for items that would not cost anything.
