      Pros

      It puts food on the table and is a good stepping stone to get into the petroleum industry.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance, poor management, high employee turnover rates, chaotic work schedules, unsafe work practices, pay significantly below industry standards for the area. If you're an barely functional alcoholic you will go far in this company.

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
