Pros
I started out in an entry level position and was promoted in two years to a team lead/supervisor role at SGS PSC. Leadership really cares about the safety and well-being of their employees. They also like to promote from within (you see it all the time in companywide emails and the newsletter articles). We have a great benefits package with a lot of perks and discounts too. This is seriously the best company I've ever worked for, and they're a great group of people who actually feel like part of my family.
Cons
Weather is manageable, but in the south it can get hot in the summertime and cold in the wintertime. You just have to stay focused, hydrated, and/or bundled up. A lot of positions work rotating shifts which can take some getting used to, but it allows for a lot of days off.
