      Pros

      Pay is ok. Management needs to be more active in the employee workplace. Work gatherings need to be more frequent down in Texas; not just in Baton Rouge.

      Cons

      Raises are non-existant after year 3 unless the refinery gives a raise. A box of pecans for all your hard work throughout the year. How about a bonus?

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
