Pros
Great benefits. I liked the 401k match best. I enjoyed the team, they even fed us on occasion. There was a ton of overtime to work with so you could always make money. If you were a good worker, you could advance in the company.
Cons
Working under the company's guidelines. You basically do all the other company's dirty work. You also had to deal with broken equipment and hard environments from time to time.
