Stay Away if possible - Forklift Operator PSC Group Employee Review

Management is terrible! They promote individuals that completely lack the ability to lead or communicate in general. They speak to you as if you are a child (funny because a few of them are in their very early 20s). The site is understaffed due to the leadership. A lot of employees are leaving for that very reason. Easy job, HORRIBLE leadership! I cannot stress that enough. Who wants to work somewhere that is led by young inexperienced boys? Maybe another site will have a better environment, but if possible, STAY AWAY from the Mont Belvieu site.
