      Plant experience for those looking to get in the plant. Great coworkers Overtime is not mandatory but available 4 on 4 off schedule

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to grow. Difficult to move around the company Starting pay and cap is not aligned with industry standards Holiday pay is straight pay +8

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
