      Nothing not worth it. they will promise everything to you just to keep you there. everyone leaves this place. good place to work until you find a real job.

      Cons

      No life balance, too much false promises they want you to work too much and no bonuses or fair raises.

      Flexible vacation use, and decent pay for the amount of work you do at the site.

      Cons

      Low amount of vacation time until you reach 15years of company service. 401k only matches up to 4% with a 5years vestment time to get 100%.
