Pros
I started at PSCU while we were in the office and one week later my department was sent home due to COVID 19. I have been given all of the same experiences I feel that I would have had in the office full time. My manager and team members take time to help me learn and grow and want to see me succeed in my role! This environment, even working from home, has been a tight knit family that wants to pitch in and help. My manager makes a point to speak with everyone individually, in groups, and all together to keep an open source of communication often. I feel I am doing my best work here because of my teams communication.
Cons
I have found that working from home can be difficult at times being a newer employee and working in the office in such a new position would have been easier, however I really do feel like everyone has made it a point to make sure that I am at the same development level as previous employees in my role.
