Pros
The training is decent and so are the benefits once you pass the required days to be in the position. You get to pick your schedule when you accept the position which is a plus.
Cons
In my opinion, the metrics are set up to weed out the top performers from the not-so-top performers. I was unable to get 21 calls an hour inbound/outbound especially when you get a "Chatty Kathy" on the phone. It's definitely not the easiest position, but everyone's experience is different.
