Pros

Just in the past few years, I've seen an enormous increase in employee engagement, especially in CCS&S. I've worked directly with a team of creative CC Admins to help build engagement in CCS&S and to communicate better with ALL of our staff. Since we've gone mostly virtual with our staff, we build and communicate virtual monthly events for our BU making it more fun and interesting for the staff, helping them feel more involved and a part of the team. Overall, we find they work harder, and the results show for themselves. Rini Fredette has led her team extremely well, recording a monthly Town Hall for all her employees communicating business touchpoints, project initiatives, company benefits, birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, career opportunities, personal shout-outs, and ways to communicate and improve on culture, values, diversity and inclusion. Our communication applications continue to improve to help all of us to stay well informed. I know of no other company who has a better Benefits department, constantly improving and communicating incredible opportunities for all employees.

Cons

I just don't have any concerns or issues with CCS&S or PSCU as a whole. PSCU is an awesome company to work for.

Pros

The company's culture is inclusive, they are very good at soliciting feedback from employees, they utilize Clifton StrengthsFinder, they are trusting and empower employees to be at their best. They offer Tuition Reimbursement and have Mental Health programs and several other wellness programs that employees are encouraged to participate in. PSCU is consistently working on employee engagement programs and DEI initiatives. The organization is truly caring of their staff. Employees are recognized often for their good work.

Cons

There is a tendency toward a falsely positive façade in my division. There are many system related challenges in the Contact Center, which makes it challenging to train new employees. There are times when poor behavior is overlooked and seems not to be addressed appropriately, or it is inconsistent. Often there are team members that are not recognized for their efforts and others that are not held accountable. There are times when team members let others take the work they don't want to do, because it is not work that is highly recognized.
