Pros
Excellent pay and benefits. There are many different opportunities that you can explore while working at PSEG Nuclear.
Cons
Quality of life is not good if you are a MAST employee. There is a refuelling outage every 6 months that will have you working lots of OT. Depending on where you are in the company, you may or may not get paid for it. There is an unwritten expectation in Hope Creek Maintenance that you put in lots of "professional time" which is unpaid time supporting the company.
