Pros
A lot of overtime and opportunities to make money and grow. Good Benefits
Cons
ALOT of discrimination towards minorities. Special treatment was given to those non-minorities. Management was a joke, had no idea what they were doing and didn't trust there workers. IBEW protects you until a certain point then just takes the company side. Good place to work for if you turn away to all theses problems.
