Pros
Salary is no less or above industry average. Health care is decent but not great. Definetly a great company to start but not to stay long.
Cons
Neputism lives in PSEG live and well. Its a big issue but noone speak about it. Yet, there is "retention" problem exist, but they still manage to lower my level(25) by 50 percent startin 2018. Pay increase will buy you a new Iphone every year (but bot iphone plus!).
