      Excellent pay and benefits programs; many opportunities for personal/professional growth if you are in the right area/department. In some areas, the senior leadership competency is highly questionable

      Cons

      Poor HR leadership; not allowed to make decisions with senior leader knowledge and absolute concurrence. More a culture of blame than learning

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
