Pros
Great pay. Ability to get a ton of overtime... if desired. Hotel rooms for working in bad weather to eliminate the need to commute. Up beat professional atmosphere. Spacious work area. Union job
Cons
Negative coworkers (not all). People tend to complain about stupid things and try to bring everyone down with them. People abusing the union representation and making others jobs more challenging. Lack of communication in changes to policy and procedures from the top down.
