Pros
Good benefits, flexible time off, not very stressful work at all, large projects with lots of exposure
Cons
Lots of bad upper managment, promotions not based on merit (just on favorites), not much room for growth, not much room to learn lots of technical skills, good to start here but move elsewhere quickly if you're a civil engineer or other engineer that has a few years experience already out of college...
