Pros
Decent starting pay. Some patients are awesome and I'll miss interacting with them.
Cons
EVERYTHING! Management is toxic and aggressive. Very poor training, training is only 1 week plus 1-2 EPIC training day(s). You are thrown at the front desk within 3 weeks and expected to manage 40+ patients a day plus phones and the EPIC + Leading Reach queue all alone. Company refuses to hire a second PSC to help you, They expect you to run everything alone. When I asked questions or needed clarification on things the person training me was hostile and rude, stating "I can't babysit you". They made up lies and fired me after 3 weeks of working here. There was no warning, no write up, nothing. Just lies, sabotage, and fired me just to get rid of me because I told my concerns to HR and gave suggestions on how to improve things. APPLICANTS BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS SETTING YOU UP FOR FAILURE!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR OTHER JOBS!!!
