Pros
While the strategy of the company's changing, their new focus on IoT is spot-on. They are trying to change a legacy software company into software development tool company surrounding all things IoT. You get to work some very smart people who are passionate about their jobs.
Cons
The company lacks loyalty towards their resources with contestant lay-offs and then immediately hiring from the outside. The culture of the comaonly is too title oriented. Your title is the basis of how well your ideas are listened to and embraced. All compensation is title based.
