Pros
PTC Bangalore has a decent culture, provide great work life balance. Around 90% people have over 14 years of experience. Sometime it's fun to work with them. Bangalore office has 2 day work from office (wed and thur). Office time is flexible, you can come and leave at your convenience. They provide snacks in the evening and one day lunch in the month.
Cons
Initially, it can be a bit tough. Since most team members have over 14 years of experience, I sometimes felt awkward asking "silly" questions. There are no employee engagement activities; it is mostly a come, do your work, and go home environment.
