There is some good work happening in the research department, which may mean a great future ahead for the company.
Cons
The workplace environment is monotonous, Everyone self- focussed with minimum communication between colleagues, really demotivating. Higher management doesn't care about employee well being or their personal time, setting unreal deadlines and forcing junior developers to make it somehow.
