Good opportunities exist to develop and advance quickly if you have the right management network and competence. PTC has kept its heritage as a Technology Innovator and the CEO has a strong Technology background Organization constantly changing so new opportunities are always available
Cons
Revenue focused sales organization, sometimes risks customer satisfaction for short term wins. Weak Human Resource focus and immature Company Culture can cause work /life balance issues Tenure and experience no guarentee of career security
