Various projects to take on if one expects to learn and grow in the careers 5. Perks such as cultural lunches once a month, international potluck, employee picnic and amazing holiday party
Cons
1. Favoritism is obvious; it makes sense tha you work hard enough to get promoted once within few years; however to get promoted for twice a year, you need to be close to the management 2. Unprofessional people could stay because they stay long enough even without effectiveness and production.
