-Some departments are very top heavy with a manager to analyst ratio of 1:1 -Work/life balance can be hard sometimes, certain times of the year you are expected to do more work then can be accomplished in a 9-5 work day -Some people get paid way too much for what they do, others seem to be always working from home. Lots of incompetent people with big titles who do not know what they are doing.
