Currently (Dec 2019) the headcount in PTC is 750 staff members and the plan is to grow to 2500 within the next 3 to 4 years. Its an ambitious plan but it seems well laid out. There is a strong culture and patent-centric approach in the company. The work is interesting as there is a lack of bureaucracy so ideas are welcome and encouraged. You get great exposure to the top decision makers which is wonderful.
