Completely unorganized. No structure at all. Tons of egos and even when they are the ones who are wrong....it gets blamed on others. As soon as people get hired, there are others who walk right out the door. Constant revolving door with no strategy. Directors and above constantly changing what they say and not providing clarity or direction. There is no compliance what so ever. Just wait until the FDA/DOJ walks in and slaps a CIA on them. There is no training, or even a desire to improve and processes. Nothing has changed from what I hear. Do yourselves a favor look elsewhere, opportunities here are limited. Culture is quite toxic despite the "talk" on building a great culture.
