Pros
Very good medical plans are available, starting vacation is 3 weeks and you can accrue up to 160 hours. There is no rollover limit at the end of the year besides the 160 hour limit. You can also "borrow" vacation time before you've earned it, which is nice. The CEO also releases regular announcements which I appreciate so I know what our work has accomplished. There are also multiple training sessions, community groups, and ERGs and yearly Fall Festival / Conferences. Generally a higher paying company than others. Socially aware and inclusive. The C
Cons
1. Limit of ~5250 per year that you will have to reimburse if you do not stay for a full 2 years. At 1 year you will only owe 1/2. 2, There is a 6% employer match but it is vested for 4 years. 3. Sometimes the groups do not communicate well but leadership is changing that in my department.
