There is toxic culture of people putting their subordinates down and getting angry with them, gaslighting them, the CEO puts unrealistic timeline which cause people to overwork themselves and when complain to the manager the manager gaslights you. They do not care about employee well being and fail to realize that by overworking employees to the point where they are tired and unhealthy they will make mistakes that will cost the company and it’s patients in the long run.
