Managers normally don't have time for their people, and this situation creates abandon, demotivation, and lack of interest to share our thoughts; time makes everything possible. Otherwise, it doesn't. The second situation is job harassment because some managers (not from my area) or people with higher positions, always tried to bully anyone else, just if you just were not agree with their leadership. Thirdly, some managers were focused to blame their team instead of investing in their professional growth (soft and hard skills).
