Pros

The company has a laid-back, honest culture that cares more about results than appearances. It’s very welcoming to newcomers and makes you feel like you fit right in instantly. I loved my manager! I felt like he genuinely cared about my personal career goals and wanted what’s best for me.

Cons

Communication between the account managers and recruiters could be stronger but the company continues to make strides in strengthening any inconsistencies.

Pros

* Most team members and departments were collaborative and supportive. * Hybrid with a great office environment

Cons

The Director of Operations was the primary reason I ultimately left the company. I was forced out by consistently painting every issue as my fault, even when the problems stemmed from decisions and processes they didn’t fully understand. They lacked practical knowledge of how the department actually operated on a day-to-day basis, which led to unrealistic expectations, poor directives, and repeated miscommunications. I watched the same pattern repeat with other coworkers. They would shift blame onto individuals for systemic issues, undermine their contributions, and create documentation trails that made it appear as though the problems were entirely their responsibility. Several capable colleagues were terminated directly as a result of this approach. The environment became one of fear rather than productivity—people were constantly looking over their shoulders instead of focusing on results. There was no constructive feedback, no willingness to learn the operational realities of the department, and no accountability at the leadership level. This style of management destroyed morale and drove away experienced talent.
