Pros

There is a good culture and environment. Most people are kind and collaborative and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The workplace experience team is very active with many events that allow opportunities to network, getting to know new coworkers and have an engaging work experience. PUMA is growing and is exciting to be part of an evolving organization.

Cons

Salaries are too low (in some instances, they can be up to 40% lower than the same position at competitors). This makes it really difficult to hire and/or retain top talent. At times it feels like salary ranges are just out of touch with reality, especially in a city as expensive as Boston. Also benefits (medical insurance and PTO/vacation) is not as good as the competition (Nike,Adidas, New Balance, etc). Specifically, I wish vacation time and sick time were all combined into the same TIME OFF category, this way employees have more freedom to use it how they wish.
