They value soft skills to a point it deters them, not focusing on tech skills nor educating team members on improving this. Archaic business processes and IT Systems. Way understaffed given current work processes. Lot of people suffer from burnout, I even remember seeing medical/mental problems from team members. They don't seem to be working on changing this. Pay isn't that great when factoring the input of non impactful and meaningless work you sometimes do.
