Pros
The culture is incredible and people are always willing to work together to find the "right" solution without an agenda. Everyone is open to communication and positive. Senior leadership works with the group as team members and not as a separate entity. Wonderful place to work!
Cons
Lots of people working on projects that sometimes overwhelm the overall group, but great that they are making the effort to create an even better company for all.
