I have worked here for many years, and despite the rapid growth and lots of change, a few things have stayed the same or even gotten better. (1) We have a relentless focus on serving the membership, and this is very rewarding if you are inclined towards service as your mission. (2) The culture of cooperation, service, empathy, kindness, and gratitude pervades the company and is reinforced by Martin Leitch. Is it perfect? No. Are there areas of the company with problems? Probably. Is it the best place I ever worked? Yes.
