6days a week working No growth inspite of spending years in the company Politics more Not at all good payers according to the market No offs on holidays This company will work for you only if personally related to someone in the senior level or buttering people 3 rounds of interviews make you wait for hours just for a 10mins round Bad work environment No major benefits from employee point of view No appreciation at work It is like a government office where people who are old in the organisation matter more
