Pros

Craftsman ship is number one priority, you get to work on some really cool and exciting projects. Management team is very down to earth and have an open door policy for employees to come in and discuss any concerns. All around great team of project managers, field staff and subcontractors

Cons

Non really, maybe make the day after thanksgiving a paid day off.
