Pros
They Have Good Benefits if you are a full time employee, Have various activities for staff during breaks Example Jenga, Connect four, puzzles, garden
Cons
Worked loads of mandatory overtime every week despite being told in the interview that it would happen but only sometimes. on top of the already massive amount of overtime they would get mad at the employees for taking to slow and labeling them as slow. Overall the senior staff with a few exceptions were toxic and would all worry about their work and their needs over the needs of others. Management made it very clear who was on their good side. You are shown procedures once and you are expected to do it perfectly every time without a single mistake. Revolving door of staff. plus they hire from a temp agency which is terrible and management expects each individual to be qualified work for less and not receive benefits while turning on them if they are sub par and firing them in winter when the work slows down.
