Every year more of the pros go away, no actual oversight or management interaction. Expected to do managements job. Lack of overall information. Terrible training practices employees are often still confused or unprepared for their job because of it. Never hire a new person with enough time to train so current employees are exspected to pick up slack without being told who will pick up the slack. Never a plan for when employees take vacations. Management is condescending treating employees like idiots when asking for clarification. Belittlment by management with off handed comments about employees being grumpy old women or people not being able or want to do things because they are " millennials". Disregard by not only management but HR representatives. Ie; not scheduling exit interviews until the last day and not getting in contact with people for concerns.
