Great Culture, Horrible Management - Scientist Pace Analytical Employee Review

Pace had an amazing work environment, the amenities available to employees were far beyond what was necessary for the job. Everyone was extremely friendly and worked well together when group work and collaboration was necessary. Truthfully I was looking forward to working every day being a part of this company! This job helped me realize my passion and helped me decide to attend college for environmental science.

I personally have nothing negative to say other than the location is quite out of the way for most of the people who worked there. I didn't mind the commute but it was a common topic spoken about in the workplace.

You get your foot in the door for well known companies and get a feel for the culture.

They have a very poor work culture. Everyone is constantly gossiping even if what they say is not true. If specific people at the company do not like you, allegedly you may not last long. Also they pay well under market value. You are worth more.
