Pros
-You get to work for a company that genuinely cares for its employees and treats them fairly. I never got the impression that the company was attempting to get more from employees (unpaid hours, benefit cost hikes, etc.) in order to benefit the bottom line -You are afforded the ability to work with very knowledgeable and helpful people who will be there for you when you need assistance or extra training. -You work for experienced management that is dedicated to success; the company's, your's, and their own. -You get to work for a leader in the market, both in terms of quality and service. -The company is growing rapidly; constantly creating new opportunities for career growth. -Compensation and benefits are fair, especially their healthcare benefits. -You meet a lot of great people and learn interesting new things on a weekly basis.
Cons
-Matters outside of your control can interfere with your work and project success at times.
