Pros
I enjoyed working with people that I worked with and made some legitimately lifelong friends I feel like as a whole I was working for a company that was doing something important in the health and environmental sciences world.
Cons
Several hours of overtime a day Low pay Grossly understaffed with an inability to even get people to show up for their interviews and a revolving door of quitting employees Management and project managers spent most of their days in meetings or just not answering phones Constantly changing standards and operations I can count off the top of my head at least 6 people that I worked closely with that had major anger issues or clinical depression stemming directly from this job and I have seen multiple employees crying under their desk due to stress (including myself)
