-some positions had opportunities for quarterly bonus and promotions -coworkers were friendly and helpful -flexible hours

-Lower than average pay - average benefit package -they don't genuinely care for employees -poor communication/management

Company had a lot of potential at the time I was employed. The work hours were long - the analogy "building the plane while flying it" comes to mind but the end goal/mission was worth it.

Poor communication at the executive level stood in the way of success. Many of the original and founding employees have since turned over and no longer work there, so may or may not be any better.
