Pacificorp is a decent company, but they don't invest back into the training and development of their people. - Transmission Operator PacifiCorp Employee Review

Pros

Good pay in the union shops. Rewarding and challenging work. Relaxed environment. Management doesn't micromanage or get overly involved in day to day work.

Cons

Management has no direct experience in the job they are managing. There is no training program to speak of. There is no budget for training and development, or even mundane things like paper plates. Standards are so lax, that everyone pretty much does whatever they want.

Pros

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

Cons

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
