      Pros

      Discount on power bill Compensation was competitive Some Travel My boss did seem to discourage working more than 40 hours a week, this wasn't true in other areas though.

      Cons

      The environment was toxic Bosses micromanaged in every group Very little upward mobility. Your chances of moving up are very slim. They don't trust you as an employee, they lock up the office supplies.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
