Well first off management is scare to call out the lineman for being lazy and not doing what they are supposed too and let the estimators try and calm customers down. Management will throw you under the bus but won’t help be apart of a solution. The company cuts corners and make you pick up the slack. If you love stress, hard working conditions, favoritism, and no advancements this is the place. They push you to perform at impossible rates and limit your overtime to bare minimum to none but still expect the work to get done. They hate spending money on fixing or update the distribution system. Waste money and tell you it’s your fault.
