      Pros

      I can only speak for IT & security groups, but the company is full of great people and I feel like I am contributing to something useful.

      Cons

      Going from contractor to FTE takes years, and you never know when it will happen until it happens. This impacts a lot of things, like securing a mortgage, for example.

      Pros

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
